Jean Paul comes from an entrepreneurial background in the tech sector. Over the years he built a decade of experience in real estate across Italy and France, managing properties and apartments in both countries. In 2021 he arrived on Fuerteventura, identified a concrete market opportunity and built RockOcean Group from the ground up: business model, AI architecture, local network. He handles strategy, process optimisation, management control, and partnership development.
Rodion is the operational engine of RockOcean. He manages owner relationships, coordinates suppliers, cleaning teams and maintenance crews, and personally oversees every property. With him nothing is handled remotely — he is on site, every day, 365 days a year. He knows every corner of the island, every professional in the sector, every dynamic of the local market.
